　　Installation instructions for smart pressure transmitter:

 

　　1、變送器應(yīng)安裝于通風(fēng)、干燥、無(wú)蝕、陰涼處，如露天安裝應(yīng)加防護(hù)罩，避免陽(yáng)光照射和雨淋，否則將會(huì)使變送器性能降低或出現(xiàn)故障。

 

　　1.The transmitter should be installed in a ventilated,dry,non-corrosive,and shady place.If installed in the open air,a protective cover should be added to avoid sunlight and rain,otherwise the performance of the transmitter will be degraded or malfunctions.

 

　　2、變送器利用壓力接口螺紋（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置為M20×1.5）直接安裝在被測(cè)系統(tǒng)的管道或容器壁上，不必使用安裝支架。產(chǎn)品壓力接口（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置）備有密封槽，被測(cè)壓力較大時(shí)，加裝尼龍或紫銅墊片可保證良好密封。

 

　　2.The transmitter is directly installed on the pipe or container wall of the system under test by using the pressure interface thread(standard configuration is M20×1.5),without using a mounting bracket.The product pressure interface(standard configuration)is equipped with a sealing groove.When the measured pressure is large,a nylon or copper gasket can be added to ensure a good seal.

 

　　3、安裝變送器時(shí)，請(qǐng)注意須使電纜與產(chǎn)品同向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，否則，會(huì)影響產(chǎn)品的防護(hù)效果并導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品故障。

 

　　3.When installing the transmitter,please make sure that the cable and the product rotate in the same direction,otherwise,the protection effect of the product will be affected and the product will malfunction.

 

　　4、零點(diǎn)（Z），量程（S）可調(diào)產(chǎn)品調(diào)試方法：擰開(kāi)標(biāo)有需調(diào)整參數(shù)點(diǎn)的螺絲，用小螺絲刀伸入其中，輕輕轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)可調(diào)電阻，并同時(shí)監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)，調(diào)試完畢，擰緊螺絲，以免潮氣進(jìn)入。

 

　　4.Zero point(Z),range(S)adjustable product debugging method:unscrew the screw marked with the parameter point to be adjusted,insert it with a small screwdriver,gently turn the adjustable resistance,and monitor the data at the same time,after the debugging,tighten it Screws to prevent moisture from entering.

 

　　5、變送器屬精密儀器，安裝時(shí)忌強(qiáng)力沖擊、摔打，擰緊力矩應(yīng)小于70Nm，小量程變送器（量程小于0.5MPa）擰緊力矩應(yīng)小于14Nm.注意保護(hù)變送器引出電纜。在工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用時(shí)，建議使用金屬管保護(hù)或者架空。切勿松動(dòng)電纜引出端的密封螺帽，避免潮氣進(jìn)入。

 

　　5.The transmitter is a precision instrument.Avoid strong impact and beating during installation.The tightening torque should be less than 70Nm,and the tightening torque of small range transmitters(range less than 0.5MPa)should be less than 14Nm.Take care to protect the cables leading from the transmitter.When used in industrial sites,it is recommended to use metal pipe protection or overhead.Do not loosen the sealing nut on the lead-out end of the cable to prevent moisture from entering.
